Scope: Ground Up

The Sandbox is a mixed-use development project spanning over 242,000 square feet that is located in Solana Beach, on the Pacific Coast Highway. Gensler designed this ground-up project, and Scope delivered a two-story mixed-use structure that is built around a significant public open space. The east-west open space plaza connects the project to Sierra Avenue, providing public access from Hwy 101.
